Pulls & PRs – Community Deadlift Party

Pulls & PRs is a community deadlift event bringing athletes, friends, families, and supporters together to lift heavy, cheer loud, and have fun — all while supporting Amelia’s journey to the 2026 USPA Nationals.

Whether you’re an experienced lifter chasing a new personal record or someone who has never stepped up to a barbell before, this event is designed to be welcoming, fun, and inclusive for everyone.

Participants will have three attempts to hit their best deadlift, and the lifter with the highest DOTS score will take home the win.

This event is part of Amelia’s Road to Nationals fundraising campaign, helping cover travel, entry fees, and competition expenses for the national stage.

You should participate if you want to:

• Hit a new personal record

• Try your first deadlift

• Compete against friends

• Support a local athlete

• Be part of an awesome community event

Every lifter will get three attempts to lift their heaviest weight.

The winner will be determined by DOTS score, which means bodyweight is factored in — giving lifters of all sizes a fair shot at winning.

No singlets. No pressure. Just lifting.

First-time lifters are especially encouraged.

Can You Beat Amelia’s Deadlift?
